TOMS RIVER, NJ — The Toms River Recreation Department announced that kayak rack registration will open on Tuesday, March 25 at 7 p.m. through the Community Pass online portal.
Residents can reserve rental spots at Bayside Park, Docksider Marina in Ortley Beach, Money Island, Shelter Cove, or Huddy Park. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
