TOWSON, MD – Baltimore County Police have arrested a 21-year-old man in connection with a crash that killed a pedestrian and his dog last month on Towsontown Boulevard.

Investigators said Oluwajomiloju Sekiteri has been charged with negligent manslaughter and related offenses following a weeks-long investigation by the department’s Crash Team. The incident occurred around 4:15 p.m. on November 12, when officers from Precinct 6 responded to reports of a person struck near the westbound lanes of Towsontown Boulevard.

Police said the victim and his dog were hit by a 2014 Toyota Camry driven by Sekiteri. The driver remained at the scene after the collision and cooperated with investigators.

Authorities have not released the name of the pedestrian but confirmed that evidence gathered during the investigation led to Sekiteri’s arrest this week.
