If one guy owns two pizzerias, chances are they taste exactly the same at both places, everybody knows the rules. Especially when the pizza box has the other restaurant’s name on it. Except, this time, pizza review guy Dave Portnoy might have been duped. Portnoy reviewed the Brook Tap House in West Caldwell, owned by the same owners as nearby Angeloni’s Pizzeria.
