JACKSON, NJ – Jackson Township’s housing market showed no signs of slowing in mid-February, with several high-end properties topping the $900,000 mark and multiple homes selling in less than two weeks. The week’s transactions reflected strong buyer demand across a mix of single-family homes, townhouses, and condos.
The priciest closing of the week came from 7 Cedarview Ave, which sold for $999,000 after 82 days on the market. The five-bedroom home was represented by Tzvi Holtz of Four Points Realty, who also handled the $917,000 sale at 169 S Hope Chapel Rd just one day earlier.
