He collected his winnings at the Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee, choosing a one-time, lump-sum payment of $695,000.00.

The winning ticket was purchased at a Publix store located at 6031 Cypress Gardens Boulevard in Winter Haven. For selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket, the retailer was awarded a $2,000 bonus commission.
