Wilmington, DE – Delaware State Police arrested 37-year-old Lamir Harris of Wilmington, Delaware, for a felony shoplifting and drug offenses at a Kohl’s in Newark.
The arrest occurred yesterday afternoon after a trooper responded to a shoplifting report at the store. A brief foot chase led to Harris’ arrest, and she was found with heroin and Xanax in her possession. Following the arrest, Harris was taken into custody and later released on an $800 bond.
