GREENSBORO, NC – Vicki Henry of Greensboro has won a $100,000 top prize in a North Carolina Lottery online drawing, marking her second significant lottery win.

Previously, Henry won $150,000 in a Holiday Luck second-chance drawing in December 2020. “I guess I’m just very lucky,” she remarked.

Her latest win came from the Season-End Extravaganza Lucke-Rewards drawing, held on Wednesday, which had over 4.2 million entries and awarded three North Carolina lottery players with $100,000 each.

Henry, who frequently participates in second-chance drawings, was particularly focused on this prize. Upon winning, she shared the news with her husband, who humorously noted her luck.

After claiming her prize at lottery headquarters on Monday, Henry, following the deduction of federal and state taxes, received $71,500.

She intends to use her winnings to support her family, contribute to her church, and make investments.
