$100,000 Scratch-Off Ticket Sold at Russian Drive-Thru

RUSSIA, OH – A resident of Russia, Ohio, named Joseph, has struck luck with a $100,000 win on the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off game, “When It’s Gold Outside.” The winning ticket was sold at Meyer’s Garage & Drive Thru, located at 6377 St Rt 66 in Fort Loramie.

Joseph’s prize, after mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, amounts to $72,000. The scratch-off game “When It’s Gold Outside,” priced at $10 per ticket, offers a top prize of $500,000. As of December 15, there are still two top prizes available in the game.
