$100k lottery scratch off ticket sold in Westminster

WESTMINSTER, MD – A Pasadena man who won $10 on a lottery ticket win reinvested that cash into more tickets before winning a $100k grand prize on the Flast Play Towering 10s scratch-off lottery game last week.

The 40-year-old man who wanted to keep his identity anonymous said he wants to take his winnings and invest in real estate.

“It was a spur-of-the-moment kind of thing,” he said. “I was very shocked.”

The ticket was sold at Royal Farms on Baltimore Boulevard in Westminster.

For selling a top-tier FAST PLAY winner, the Royal Farms store receives a bonus of $1,000 from the Lottery. The bonus is equal to 1% of the prize.
