EAST HARTFORD, CT — A Connecticut woman has claimed a $100,000 top prize after playing the 50X scratch-off game, state lottery officials said.
The winning ticket was purchased at Corner Mart in East Hartford. Lottery officials reported that the prize was claimed on July 22 by Karen D. of East Hartford.
The 50X game is one of the Connecticut Lottery’s multiplier-style instant tickets, offering multiple top prizes at the $100,000 level.
Corner Mart, the retailer that sold the winning ticket, will also receive a bonus for selling the prize-winning game.
