PHILADELPHIA, PA – A 12-year-old girl went missing on Tuesday, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Now, the Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 12-year-old Bailey Avarengas Castaneda. She was last seen on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at approximately 6:00PM, on the 11xx block of S 13th Street.
She is 5’3”, 130lbs, medium build, black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, and white sneakers.
