The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Juvenile Soraya Mathieu. Soraya was last seen by her mother on Sunday, November 28, 2021, at their residence46XX North 12th Street.
Soraya is 12 years old, 5’7, approximately 120 lbs., with short black hair, dark brown eyes; she was last seen wearing black pants, a black coat, and black crocs sandals.
