BALTIMORE, MD — A 13-year-old boy has been reported missing after last being seen in the 3600 block of Cedardale Avenue.
Tyquan Williams is described as 4 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 100 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, and black shoes.
His whereabouts remain unknown, and anyone with information is urged to call 911.
