BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – A 13-year-old female has been reported missing in Baltimore. The Baltimore PD is asking for help locating Tylia Webb.
Webb was last seen on January 31st. Her last known location was the 700 Block of West Lafayette Avenue.
Police describe Tylia as being 5’1 tall and weighing 130 lbs. She was last seen wearing yellow crocs and black leggings.
