WASHINGTON, DC — Authorities are searching for 13-year-old Miracle Plummer, who was last seen in Northeast Washington earlier this month.
Plummer was last spotted in the 500 block of 19th Street, NE, on the morning of February 3. The Metropolitan Police Department received a missing persons report on February 15.
She is described as a Black female, 4 feet 11 inches tall, with a slim build, black hair, and brown eyes. Her clothing description is unknown.
