13-Year-Old Girl Urgently Missing in D.C.

WASHINGTON, DC — A call for community assistance has been issued to help find 13-year-old Yaniza Aimendarez-Zecena, reported missing since July 8.

Last seen on July 2 in the 4200 block of Barker Lane, Southeast DC, Yaniza is described as a Hispanic female, standing 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. She has black hair, brown eyes, and a fair complexion.

At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a gray sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.
