13-Year-Old Reported Missing in Silver Spring

GAITHERSBURG, MD- The Montgomery County Department of Police, specifically the Special Victims Investigations unit, is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Ramiro Vladimir Palacios, a 13-year-old boy reported missing from Silver Spring.

Ramiro was last seen on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at approximately 8 p.m. in the 1700 block of Hampshire Green Lane.

Described as approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds, Ramiro has black eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black athletic pants, and black Nike sneakers.

The police and Ramiro’s family are deeply worried about his welfare and are urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000, which operates on a 24-hour basis.
