PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 13-year-old Missing Person Makayla Haines. She was last seen at 1:00 P.M., on Saturday, May 21, 2022, on the 21XX block of West Laveer Street.
She is 4’0″, 113 lbs., brown eyes. and black hair. She was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt and multi-color shorts.
