PHILADELPHIA, PA – A 13-year-old girl reported missing since Friday according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Now, the Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 13-year-old Missing Juvenile Joeleah Green-Williams. She was last seen on Friday, September 9, 2022, at 5:30 P.M., on the 71XX block of Georgian Road.
She is 5′ 4″, 135 lbs., medium build, medium brown complexion, brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue skirt, white shirt, white Air Force sneakers and carrying a pink/white backpack.
