PHILADELPHIA, PA – A 13-year-old girl has been reported missing in Philadelphia. The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 13-year-old Missing Juvenile Kelsiy Gilliam. She was last seen on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 1:00 P.M., on the 13XX block of King Place.
She is 5’5″, 120 lbs., black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black tights and New Balance sneakers.
