Devon is described as a Black male, standing between 5’8″ and 5’9″, weighing 120 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, and a medium complexion. He was last seen at approximately 9:30 a.m. wearing a black jacket, gray shirt, black sweater, and black shoes.
