PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Hailey Carlton, a 14-year-old juvenile who has been reported missing. Hailey was last heard from on Friday, May 26, 2023, at approximately 1:30 am.
Hailey Carlton is described as 5’4″ tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds. At the time she went missing, she was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, ripped blue jeans, and black Nike shoes.
Authorities are urging anyone who may have any information regarding Hailey Carlton’s whereabouts to contact the Southwest Detective Division at 215-686-3183/84 immediately.
