WINDSOR MILL, Md. — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating 14-year-old Dayiona Crystal Petersen, who was last seen at 8:30 a.m. on October 2 in the Windsor Mill area. Petersen is described as 4’9″ tall, weighing 95 lbs., and was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt with the word “Brooklyn” on it, a pink Nike backpack, and black and white shoes.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to call 911 or contact the police at 410-887-1340.
