WASHINGTON, DC — Authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating 14-year-old April Lewis, who was last seen in Northeast D.C. on Friday, February 14.
Lewis was last spotted around 2:00 p.m. in the 1500 block of Montana Avenue, NE. She is described as a Black female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, with a slim build, black hair, and brown eyes. Her clothing description is unknown.
