The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 14-year-old Missing Juvenile Nybri Pinckney. He was last seen on Saturday, October 9th, 2021, on the 54XX block of Locust Street.
He is 5’6″, 142 lbs. He was last seen wearing black sweatpants, black hoodie with Looney Tune characters and black sneakers. He likes to frequent the area of 54th and Lansdowne Avenue.
