14-year-old reported missing in Schenectady feared to be headed to Florida

SCHENECTADY, NY – A 14-year-old girl has been missing since last week, according to the Schenectady Police Department.

Police believe she could be heading to Florida.

The Schenectady Police Department’s Youth Aid Bureau is attempting to locate Faith Layne.

Faith is 14 years old and was last seen on February 21, 2023, in the area of Park Avenue in Schenectady. She may be traveling to the Naples, Florida area. Anyone with information is asked to contact the department’s Youth Aid Bureau at 518-382-5256.
