15-Year-Old Boy Arrested As Suspect in String of Carjackings

BALTIMORE, MD — On November 27, a 15-year-old male was apprehended in connection with an armed carjacking in the 3400 block of Glenn Avenue. Western District Action Team officers, while investigating recent carjackings, spotted the suspect driving the stolen vehicle in the 2000 block of North Smallwood Street. Upon noticing the officers, the suspect exited the vehicle and fled on foot but was subsequently captured after a short chase.

The juvenile suspect is currently held at the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center. Charges against him include carjacking and possession of a stolen vehicle.
