The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old Missing Juvenile Semaj Proctor-Brown. He was last seen at 7:00 A.M., on Thursday, December 2, 2021, on the 20XX block of North Marshall Street.
He is 6’5″, 145 lbs., medium brown complexion, thin build, brown eyes and black hair.
