15-Year-Old Missing from Northwest Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department has issued a plea to the public for any information that may help in locating 15-year-old Mirah Palermo, who has been reported missing. The young girl was last seen on July 15, 2023, at 9:00 am, in the vicinity of the 3200 block of West Willard Street.

Mirah Palermo is described as 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 155 lbs, with a thin build, brown eyes, and light brown shoulder-length hair. Unfortunately, there is no available information regarding the clothing she was wearing at the time of her disappearance.

Authorities have revealed that Mirah frequents the area near Cecil B. Moore and Glenwood Avenue. If you have seen Mirah Palermo or have any knowledge of her current location, please contact the Northwest Detective Division at 215-686-3353 or call 911 immediately.
