PERRY HALL, MD – Chela Mischell Whiting, a 15-year-old, was last seen at 10:30 a.m. today in the Perry Hall area, triggering an urgent search by the Baltimore County Police Department.
Whiting is described as 5’03” and weighing 120 lbs. She has red hair and was last seen wearing a red hoodie, black pants, black sneakers, and carrying a black backpack.
