WINDSOR MILL, MD – Police in Windsor Mill are searching for a missing 15-year-old who was last seen at 2 pm on Sunday. Juelz Tyrik Gassaway was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans after going missing Sunday afternoon.
Juelz is described as being 5′ 1″ tall and weighs 93 pounds.
