The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old Missing Juvenile Tahj Batts. He was last seen at 1:00 A.M., on Saturday, October 30th, 2021, on the 60XX block of Germantown Avenue. He likes to frequent the 47XX block of Penn Street and 14XX block of North 54th Street.
