BALTIMORE, MD – Baltimore County Police Department issued an alert seeking assistance in locating Zoey Jeppi, a 15-year-old reported missing since November 21. Jeppi, described as 5’5″ tall and weighing 110 pounds, was last seen in the Essex area at 7:30 p.m. She was wearing a black jacket and black sweatpants at the time of her disappearance.
