ESSEX, MD – Police in Baltimore County issued a missing person bulletin for a 15-year-old girl in Essex.
Zoey Marie Jeppi, 15, is 5’0 and weighs 120 lbs.
She was last seen on Monday at 2 p.m., from the Essex area, wearing a black furry jacket & black New Balance shoes.
