PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old missing person Imani Dobson. She was last seen on Saturday, December 31, 2022, at 11:00 A.M., on the 18XX block of Plymouth Street.
She is 5’7″, 120 lbs., thin build, medium brown complexion, brown eyes, black hair and was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, navy pants and black sneakers.
