15-Year-Old Shot and Killed in Brooklyn

NEW YORK, NY – Police in New York City are investigating the murder of a 15-year-old male victim in Brooklyn.

On Monday, July 17, at approximately 1:03 p.m., the police received a 911 call reporting a shooting incident in the vicinity of 6210 20 Avenue in Brooklyn.

Upon their arrival at the scene, officers discovered a 15-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his back.

Emergency Medical Services responded and transported the victim to Maimonides Medical Center in critical condition.

On Tuesday, July 18, the victim, identified as Foridun Maulonou, succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased. As of now, no arrests have been made, and the investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
