COLUMBUS, OH – This morning, June 30, 2021, at 3:22am, Columbus Police Patrol officers were dispatched to the area of 3103 Astor Ave. on the report that someone had been shot. Another call came in stating that the 15-year-old victim and his brother were walking on Astor Ave.
The victim was later found in front of 922 Ashburton Rd. suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. He was upgraded to stable condition and is expected to survive his injuries.This incident is under investigation.
