$150k winning Powerball ticket sold in Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, PA – A Powerball ticket worth $150,000 was sold in Dauphin County by a Pennsylvania Lottery retailer for the Wednesday, May 3 drawing, according to the Pennsylvania Lottery.

The winning ticket matched four out of the five white balls drawn, 21-26-30-45-47, and the red Powerball number 23, making it worth $150,000, after withholding taxes.

If the ticket holder hadn’t chosen the $1 Power Play option, the ticket would have been worth $50,000. The Power Play multiplier drawn was three.

The retailer, Speedway located at 6821 Paxton St. in Harrisburg, will receive a $500 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
