MANHATTAN, NY— A jackpot-winning ticket for the New York Lottery’s Oct. 9 LOTTO drawing, valued at $16.3 million, was sold in Manhattan.
The winning ticket was purchased at Flying Phoenix, located at 790 11th Ave.
The LOTTO game draws six winning numbers and a bonus number from a pool of 59. The next LOTTO drawing will take place on Saturday at 8:15 p.m.
