BALTIMORE, MD — A 16-year-old boy walked into a local hospital on Monday afternoon suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg, prompting an investigation by Southern District detectives.
The incident was reported at approximately 1:15 p.m. on January 15. Officers responded to the hospital, where the teenager was being treated for his injury. Authorities have yet to determine where the shooting occurred.
Detectives are working to gather information about the circumstances of the shooting and the events leading up to it.
