Ryan, who stands at 5 feet 10 inches and weighs 135 pounds, was last seen at 9:30 p.m. on a day earlier in the Middle River area. He was wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt and dark-colored pants at the time. Those with information are urged to contact 911 or 410-307-2020.
