PIKESVILLE, MD – The Baltimore County Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing individual. Nikerra Watkins, 15 years old, was last seen on July 14 at 10 p.m. in the Pikesville area. She is described as 5’6″ tall, weighing 115 lbs. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a teal sweatshirt and black pants.
