PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old mssing juvenile, Michael Nieves. He was last seen on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at 8:00 A.M., on the 51XX block of Cottage Street.
He is 5’8″, 140 lbs., black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing blue pants, black sneakers and a grey hoody.
