17-Year-Old Female Injured in Baltimore Shooting

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – A female teenager was shot yesterday afternoon in Southwest Baltimore.

Police responded to a reported shooting on the 1500 block of Penrose Avenue at approximately 1:26 p.m., finding a 17-year-old female with a gunshot wound to her left arm.

The victim was transported to a local hospital, where her injuries were determined to be non-life-threatening.

Southwest District Shooting detectives have taken over the investigation. Authorities are urging anyone with pertinent information to contact detectives at 410-396-2488.
