The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 17-year-old Missing Juvenile Tajah West. She was last seen at 1:00 A.M., on Thursday, November 11th, 2021, on the 5XX block of West Clapier Street.
She is 5’7″, 140 lbs., medium build, dark brown complexion, long curly black hair and brown eyes.
