OXFORD, PA – The Oxford Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 17-year-old girl who has been reported missing since Sunday, April 30, 2023. Emily Bell was last seen in the Oxford Borough before she vanished without a trace.
According to the authorities, detectives are worried about Emily’s safety and believe that she may be in the company of 24-year-old Shawn Rolsal, who has been pictured below. Detectives are concerned about the whereabouts of the missing teenager and are calling on the public to help locate her.
The police have urged anyone with information on the whereabouts of Emily Bell or Shawn Rolsal to come forward and assist in the investigation.
