NEW CASTLE, DE – The Delaware State Police have identified Aaizeem Korden-Brown, 17, from New Castle, as the homicide victim on Sunday.
The Homicide Unit is investigating the case.
They asked anyone with pertinent information to contact Detective M. Csapo at 302-741-2729.
