PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Caitlin McStay. Caitlin, from the 400 block of E Indiana Ave, was last seen on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at approximately 1:00 PM.
Caitlin is 17 years old, 5’2, 220lbs, stocky, hazel eyes, brown puffed out hair to shoulder with blonde highlights, wearing a blue shirt, blue shorts and carrying a brown purse with a cat face.
