17-year-old stabbed and beaten inside New York City subway station

NEW YORK, NY – A 17-year-old was stabbed and beaten Sunday afternoon in broad daylight at the East 53rd Street and Lexington Avenue subway station in Manhattan. According to police, ta group of males approached the 17-year-old at the station and began kicking and punching him.

The teen was stabbed during the assault. The suspects were able to flee prior to police arrival.

No arrests have been made in this case.
