18-year-old charged for Bronx murder

NEW YORK, NY – Detectives with the NYPD’s 49th Precinct have announced a suspect has been arrested and charged in connection with an ongoing investigation into a homicide in the Bronx. The arrest took place on Sunday at 4:15 AM.

The arrested individual has been identified as Christopher Bradley, an 18-year-old male of Bouck Avenue in the Bronx.

Bradley is facing multiple charges, including murder, manslaughter, and criminal possession of a weapon, with two counts of the latter offense.

The incident leading to the arrest occurred on Saturday, June 17, at approximately 4:40 PM, when the police received a report of a male shot at 1219 Adee Avenue. Upon their arrival at the scene, officers discovered a 22-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the chest. Emergency Medical Services responded and transported the victim to NYC Health & Hospitals/Jacobi.

He was pronounced dead upon arrival.

The deceased has been identified as Miguel Molina, a 22-year-old male residing at 1219 Adee Avenue in the Bronx, New York.

At this time, no other arrests have been made in connection with the incident, and the investigation remains ongoing.
